At Versatta Kilts, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Kilt

  Carefully fold your kilt to maintain the pleats and place it back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
